Responsibilities:
Manage all production operation activity of the concrete batch plantDirectly responsible for the day to day man management and control of Production/Technical Staff into organized unitsDemonstrate leadership and control of plant equipment, staff and raw materials to achieve Company targets in the following key areas: Production Output, Quality Control, Operational Efficiency, Service QualityDemonstrate leadership and control of the Technical function. Drive the commercial development of new products and materials through the Company’s own sales force and into the external marketplaceMaximize mix design efficiency and reduce mix costs whilst maintaining brand quality standardsBuild and maintain relationships with the major national and international customer base for which a proven and sound understanding of the construction business is essential
Requirements: Hold Bachelor (S1) degree with majoring Civil EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience with 5 years in managerial level in a readymixed / precast producer company or construction company.Experience in concrete mix design, well knowledge of concrete standard (PBI, ASTM, ACI, etc)People management & leadership skillsGood of production scheduling and planningGood communication in English both oral and writtenGood analytical and strong interpersonal skillWell organized, able to work under pressurePhysical and emotional resilienceHave a good tenacityPreferable domicile in Central Java or DIY
